Indian Valley Entrepreneur Rallies

When we host Entrepreneur Rallies in Greenville in particular, we collaborate with the community on specific Long-Term Wildfire Recovery (LTWR) projects. Indian Valley Innovation Hub actively led the LTWR Economic Committee while gathering community input about business and economic recovery needs throughout Plumas County. We listened to entrepreneurs in Indian Valley and they expressed overwhelming support for several economic recovery initiatives.  We are pleased to announce that IVIH has been named the project champion for the following Wildfire Long-Term Recovery Projects by Plumas County:

  1. General Business & Marketplace Cooperative: Together with Greenville’s community, and local organizational partners we’re working towards establishing a General Business & Marketplace Cooperative, empowering local businesses to take the lead in making decisions that will revitalize the local economy.
  2. Maker Space & Sales Venue: Our collaboration extends to the creation of a Maker Space & Sales Venue, where the local creative community has a strong voice, promoting their products and skills to drive economic growth. IVIH’s product development program and the Maker Space and Sales Venue are a perfect fit!
  3. Community Kitchen & Food Processing: Additionally, we are actively involved in the development of a Community Kitchen & Food Processing facility, providing a valuable resource for local food-related businesses and for community events.

IVIH’s goal for these projects is to empower the local business community in shaping its economic future.  Entrepreneur Rallies serve as a platform for the business community’s strong voice to lead the way in decision-making processes, actively participating in its own economic empowerment.

To learn more about our events or to explore the possibility of hosting an Entrepreneur Rally in your community, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with IVIH.  Driving economic development is our mission and we look forward to collaborating with you!
